1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Flatten chicken to 1/2 inch thickness; place in bag, one piece at a time, and shake to coat.

In large skillet, brown chicken in butter. Stir in broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 12-15 minutes.

Drizzle with lemon juice.
