3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine flours, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, combine the egg, milk, honey, and butter. Stir mixture into the dry ingredients just until combined.

Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
