One bunch broccoli, chopped, one head cauliflower, chopped, 15 to 20 slices of bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled, small red onion, chopped, 1/2 cup (or more) raisins.

Dressing:
3/4 cup Miracle Whip, 1/4 cup vinegar, 2 T. sugar.

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients well. Cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator.
Toss broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion and raisins in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over veggies right before serving.and mix well.

There are many variations of this recipe. Sometimes I add cashews. I also buy the Patrick Cudahy prepared bacon pieces. It comes in a 6 oz package and it saves a lot of time frying the bacon.
