2 10oz packages of frozen broccoli
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 stick butter
8oz water chestnuts, drained and sliced
8oz bamboo shoots
3/4oz parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli on high 5-7min then drain(***). Melt butter in a 21/2 qt glass dish on high 45sec to 1min. Evenly stir in broccoli then add soup mix, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and parmesan. Cover tightly with plastic wrap leaving 1 corner open to allow steam to escape. Cook 5min on full power. Then let stand for 5min before serving.
