3 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1cup milk

Icing:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspon vanilla
2 drops red food coloring

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease bundt pan.

Mix together flour, cocoa, powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, ginger and nutmeg.

Beat together sugar and butter; beat in eggs; beat in vanilla.

Alternately beat in flour mixture and milk into butter mixture. Spoon batter into prepared pan.

Bake cake 45-50 minutes. transfer to wire rack to cool for 10 minutes. Turn cake out onto rack to cool completely.

Icing:
Mix together powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and food coloring. Drizzle icing over top and down sides of cake.

Let cake stand until icing sets, about 20 minutes.
