1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons grated orange rind
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9 inch loaf pan.

In large bowl, beat butter; add sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs.

In small bowl, combine flour and baking powder.

Gradually beat flour mixture into egg mixture. Stir in orange rind, orange juice, nuts, and raisins.Stir until combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
