1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup raspberry jam
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, jam, and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Pour into a lightly greased bundt pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
