1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease 2 baking sheets.

In medium saucepan, mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, cream, and vanilla. Cook over medium-high heat until butter has melted and sugar is dissolved. Stir in flour, ginger, and salt until batter is smooth.

Drop batter by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets, 3 inches apart.

Bake cookies until golden and thin, 8-10 minutes.
