1 lb round steak, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 can sliced water chestnuts
5 green onions, diced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups dry instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef in oil in skillet. Add cornstarch and stir until blended. Stir in broth, water chestnuts, onion, soy sauce and pepper. Bring to full boil, stirring frequently. Stir in rice.

Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

Fluff with fork.
