8 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 (10 1/2 oz) cans pizza sauce
6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small can mushrooms
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

In skillet, brown ground beef with onion; drain. Stir in 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 1/2 cup cheese, mushrooms, and egg.

Spread each noodle with a generous 1/3 cup meat mixture; carefully roll up and place seam side down in ungreased 8 inch baking dish. Pour remaining pizza sauce over rolls.

Cover; bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 4-6 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
