1 tablespoon oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; diced
3 cups frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat . Add chicken; cook until browned. Stir in potatoes, soup, water and curry powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in peas; cook an additional 10 minutes.
