2 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups finely shredded carrots
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour bottom of 9 x 5 loaf pan.

Combine all ingredients; mix just until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; loosen edges and remove.
