1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar (8 oz) salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch strips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350

Cook beef and onion in skillet; drain.

Spread 1/2 cup salsa in the botom of ungreased square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2).

Mix remaining salsa, sour cream, and soup. Layer 1/2 each, of tortilla strips, beef mixture, soup mixture and cheese on salsa; repeat.

Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
