1 lb ground beef
1 (16 oz) jar salsa
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, water and chili powder; bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5-7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Fluff mixtue with fork; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
