2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease two baking sheets.

Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

Beat together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffly. Add eggs; beat in vanilla.

Gradually beat flour mixture into egg mixture until well blended. Stir in nuts.

Drop dough onto prepared baking sheets by rounded teaspoons, 2 inches apart.

Bake cookies until just set, 10-12 minutes.
