2 cans beef broth
1 large can enchilada sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
6 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Burritos:
2 lbs ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup water
6 large (10-12 inch) flour tortillas
Refried Beans
Tomatoes, Lettuce and Onion, finely chopped
Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Sauce:
In large saucepan, over medium heat, combine beef broth, enchilada sauce, garlic powder, taco seasoning mix, and water.

Combine cornstarch and 3/4 cup water until blended. Add to mixture in pan. Simmer over low heat stirring, until thickened, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper; keep warm.

Burritos:
In skillet, brown beef until well done; drain. Add taco seasoning, garlic powder and pepper. Add water and mix well over medium heat.

To make burritos:
Warm each tortilla in microwave 15 seconds. Place about 1/2 cup meat mixture in center of tortilla. Top with 1/4 cup refried beans. Layer with lettuce, tomato, onion and shredded cheese. Fold tortilla over filling and roll into a packet, tucking the ends of the burrito under.

Place on microwave safe plate and top with 1/4 cup sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, and additional onion if desired.

Microwave 30 seconds on high, or until cheese is melted.

To serve: top with addtional sauce and tortilla chips.
