2 Tbsp. Butter
1 C. coarse Cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 beaten Egg
2 Tbsp. Milk
4 Center-Cut Pork Chops or Boneless Pork Chops

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a 9 x 13 inch pan with butter.
Mix dry ingredients in a resealable bag.
In a bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
Shake pork chops, one at a time, in cracker crumb mixture.
Dip each chop in the egg mixture, and then back into cracker crumb mixture. Arrange pork chops in pan.
Bake at 425 for 30-45 minutes, until chops are brown. Do NOT turn chops over while baking.
