1 (8oz) package klusky noodles
1lb. ground chuck
1 tsp salt,1 tsp pepper, 1tsp garlic salt optinional
1 lb. mushrooms sauteed, in butter
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce w/tomato bits
1c cottage cheese
1c sour cream1/2c green onions, chopped
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Brown meat in butter in skillet. Add spices and tomato sauce and simmer for 5 mins. Add sauteed mushrooms to meat sauce. In bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, onions and noodles. In buttered casserole dish, alternate layers of noodles and meat sauce. Top with cheese and bake @350 degrees for 30 mins.
