2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 C. warm Milk
1/2 C. grated cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Gruyere)
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, melt butter over low heat; add flour and stir until flour and butter are well blended. Stir constantly over low heat and cook 3-4 minutes, do not let it brown. Gradually stir in heated milk, stirring constantly with a wire whisk or a wooden spoon, until it thickens. Stir in cheese until melted. Season with Salt and Pepper, to taste.
Serve over broccoli, cauliflower, baked potatoes or whatever you wish.
