8 C. Cabbage, shredded*
1 C. Carrots, shredded*
1 tsp. Onion, chopped fine
3/4 C. Buttermilk
1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1/8 C. Milk
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice or Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Sugar

*You can save time by using pre-cut coleslaw mix which includes the cabbage and carrots.

Directions:
Mix cabbage, carrots and onion together in a bowl.
In a smaller bowl, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice with a whisk until well combined. Add in the salt, pepper and sugar until well mixed.
Add the dressing to the cabbage mixture and toss well. Allow the mixture to marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight.
