2 onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 can beef broth
2 1/2 cups water
Parmesan cheese
Shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, saute onions in butter until soft, approximately 20 minutes. Stir in flour and gradually add broth and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle soup with Parmesan and Swiss cheese before serving.
