4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat eggs; whisk in milk, 1 cup of cheese, onion, bacon, salt, mustard and paprika. Add spinach. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
