1 baked 9" pie crust
11 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 quart strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsps. corn starch
3/4 cup water
1/2 small package strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled pie shell. Arrange strawberries on top. Cook 1/2 cup sugar, corn starch and water until clear and thick. Remove from heat and add jello. Let cook and pour over strawberries. Refrigerate.
