Ingredients:  
1/2 of a frying chicken, washed and cut up
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in a good heavy skillet with lid. Then add soy sauce, red wine, onion and salt and pepper. Cook very slowly, turning when needed till well done. Add small amount of water if needed. Serve with your favorite salad.
