1 1/2 lbs. ground beef and ground pork
1/2 tsp. crushed basil leaves
1 tbsps. minced onion
1 tbsps. minced parsley
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef/pork with seasonings, bread crumbs and egg. Brown in olive oil, drain on paper towels. Add to your favorite pasta sauce and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Serve over pasta.
