2 lbs stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 envelope sloppy joe seasoning mix
1 can tomato paste (or tomato sauce)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in slow cooker, stirring to mix.
Cover and cook 10 hours on low, or 4 1/2 hours on high.

Serve over noodles or rice.
