16 oz. Port Wine or Cheddar, cold pack cheese
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Chili Powder
Finely Chopped Walnuts or Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, cream cheese, garlic salt, Worcestershire, and 1-2 shakes of chili powder until well blended. Refrigerate until it becomes firm enough to roll into a ball. Shape into 1 large ball or 2 smaller balls. Sprinkle with chili powder and roll into chopped nuts. Refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers.
