3 1/2 C. (1-1/2 lb.) dry Navy beans
1/2 C. warm Water
1/2 lb. Bacon or Salt Pork, chopped
1/2 C. chopped Onion
1/2 C. packed Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 C. Molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer beans in 10 C. water for 30 minutes; let stand 1-1/2 hours. Drain.
Put in crock pot with 1/2 C. warm water and all remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 2 hours, then reduce heat to low and cook for another 6 hours.
