1 cup biscuit mix
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
3/4 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350 Grease 10 inch pie plate.

Stir all ingredients except pecans until blended. Add pecans; Pour into pie plate.

Bake uncovered 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

Top with whipping cream.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
