1 cup sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, cream sugar and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in bananas, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in biscuit mix and pecans until moistened.

Pour into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cover with foil the last 15 minutes of baking if too brown.
