1 graham cracker crumb pie shell
12 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon peel
4 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and lemon juice; add eggs and sugar and beat until smooth. Pour into pie crust.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.

Mix sour cream, lemon peel, and sugar to make topping and spread over pie filling. Bake 10 minutes longer.

Cool; chill in refrigerator at least 5 hours.
