1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter

Filling:
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 oz melted white chocolate

Topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Crust:
Combine crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of 9 inch pan.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and lemon juice. Add eggs. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Add melted white chocolate and blend well. Pour into prepared crust.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Topping:
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over top of cheesecake while hot and bake another 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool.

Chill until ready to serve.
