10 large potatoes, cooked, peeled & diced
1/2 lb. diced American cheese
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 slices white bread, diced
1 small jar red pimento, diced
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 9 X 13 pan. Pour melted butter and milk over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
