1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine brown sugar, sugar, sour cream and instant coffee powder. Cook, stirring to 236 on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and pecan halves; stir gently to coat.

Pour onto a buttered baking sheet. With two forks, separate the candy-covered nuts.

Cool until set.
