4 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup white wine
1 lb. cooked broccoli flowerets
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 pint Half & Half
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb. cooked fettucini
Salt & pepper

Melt 4 tbsp. butter in large saucepan. Brown garlic and add oregano, wine and broccoli. Cook for 3 minutes; set aside. In large skillet melt 3 tbsp. butter until bubbly. Remove from stove and whisk in flour then Half & Half. Return to stove and cook until thick. Add broccoli mixture. Toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
