2 tablespoons butter
1 lb pork tenderloins cut crosswise in 1/ inch slices
1 can chicken broth
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 small red potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup mushrooms
2 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add pork slices; cook 3-5 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove pork from skillet; set aside.

Reserve 1/4 cup of broth. Add remaining borth, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and potatoes to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 13-17 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Stir onions, mushrooms and pork slices into potatoes. Cover; simmer and additional 5 minutes.

Add flour to reserved broth; blend until smooth. Gradually stir into pork mixture. cook over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly.
