1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped ham
2 cans refried black beans
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Heat oil in 3 quart saucepan. Add onion; cook and stir 2 minutes.

Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
