1 lb ground beef
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/16 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients and mix well. Press into 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. Remove from oven; drain. Spoon chili sauce over loaf. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more.
