1 qt. tomatoes, peeled and diced
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1 tsp. marjoram spice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 T. sugar
1 T. parsley
Salt & Pepper
Add Later: 1 6oz. can tomato paste

Directions:
Cook all ingredients slowly for 1 1/2 hours until thick, stirring often. Put all in blender. Add tomato paste. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Will keep for a few days refrigerated or can freeze.
