4 c. pitted sour cherries
1 1/2 c. white sugar
4 T. flour
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine cherries, sugar and flour. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter and shortening until crumbly. Sprinkle over cherries. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until toping is golden brown.

Use one cup sugar if using sweet cherries, such as Bing, Rainier or Lambert.
