2 cans beans (great northern, black or garbanzos)
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (red wine or balsamic can be used as well)
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sea salt
juice from 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse the beans. Combine all ingredients into food processor and blend until creamy.
Add more olive oil if necessary.
Enjoy with toasted pita bread or veggies (cucumber, carrots, celery, summer squash or mushrooms)
Can also be used as a sandwich spread instead of mayo.
If you choose the black beans, add a dash of cumin for a yummy southwestern twist.
