3/4 c reg flour (if using self rising flour, omit baking powder and salt)
1 T baking powder
1 T firmly packed brown sugar
1 t salt
3/4 c milk
1/4 c honey
3 T cooking oil
1 egg
1/2 c raisins (optional)

Generously grease, or line with paper liners, 1 dozen muffin cups. Mix all ingredients, Bake at
400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
