Sweet medianoche bread (can be bought at a bodeguita or mercado)
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Ham slices
Pork slices
Swiss cheese slices
Sliced dill pickles
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mayonnaise and mustard, liberally, on both sides of bread. On each opened half, first add ham slices, then pork and finish with Swiss cheese slices. Add a line of pickles to top cheese on both sides. Close sandwich. Add a tablespoon of butter to skillet set on medium high. Cook sandwich 3 minutes on each side while pressing down with spatula. Slice diagonally and eat hot.
