2 cups shrimp, cooked and peeled
2 cups crushed canned tomatoes
1 onion, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp dry wine
1/2 Tsp Pimenton
Tabasco sauce to taste
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion, garlic and green pepper, spices in oil. Add the shrimp, salt tabasco sauce and wine. Stir in the canned tomatoes. Cook for approximate 10 minutes at medium heat.
