1 egg yolk
1 1/2 t salt
1 t dry mustard
2 t worstersauce
1 T mayonaise
1 T chopped parsley
1 1/2 t paprika
1 t melted butter

Directions:

Mix all together. Toss lightly. Roll into balls to make crab cakes. Roll in bread crumbs and fry.
