1/2 cup minced onion
1 cloved garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 - 6oz. can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in browned hamburger over medium heat. Add flour, salt and pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. (Do not boil) Serve with rice or noodles.
