2 pounds ground beef
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
shredd cheddar cheese and corn chips

Directions:
Brown beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, corn, beans, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simer 5 minutes. If desired, top with cheese, sour cream, and serve with corn chips.
