11/2 lbs lean ground beef
1c fine dry bread crumbs
1/3c minced onion
1/4c sweet pickle relish
1/4 c water
3T. original Worcestershire sauce
1egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2tsp salt
green pepper cubes
cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, relish,water,worcestershire sauce, egg and salt in a large bowl; shape into about 18 meatballs.
Arrange meatballs on skewers alternatley with green peppers and cherry tomatoes.
Broil over hot charcoal until done as desired, about 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. (Or, arrange skewers on a rack in a broiler pan; place under a preheated hot broiler until done as desired, about 8-10 mins, turning occasionally.
