1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c chopped onion
1(12oz)can whole kernal corn drained
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1c cooked rice
1/4c A1steak sauce
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
6 lg. green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook meat and onions until done, drain. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce and pepper, set aside. Cut tops off green peppers, and remove seeds. Spoon meat mixture into peppers, arrange in 9x9x2in. baking pan. Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes or until peppers are done.
