1 can (15 oz) vegeterian chili
1 carton (15 oz) ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 jar (16 oz) salsa

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Spread about 1/2 cup on each noodle; carefully roll up. Place seam side down in a 13 x 9 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover; top with salsa. Bake 10 minutes more.
